MR BOTHA'S CABINET. United Press Association—By Eloctrio Telegraph—Copyright CAPETOWN, May 24. Mr Botha has provisionally completed his Cabinet, but the full list of names will not be announced till May 31st. Viscount Gladstone is now visiting Pretoria. UNIONIST PARTY FORMED. DR. JAMESON APPOINTED LEADER. (Received May 25th, 10.15 p.m.) CAPETOWN, May 20. At a conference of Progressives held at Bloom ton tein, it was resolveel to form a South African Unionist party. Dr. Jameson was unanimously elected loader, and received an ovation.. He remarked that, judging by Mr Bertha's past, they believed he would do his best Dr. Jameson summed up the policy of the new party as giving equality of opportunity and material aiming at the development of South Africau common interests, the legitimate protection of South Africans, and reciprocal preference with the rest of the Empire. The speaker expressed the hop© that they would get rid ot ihe bugbear of racialism.
