LONDON, May 23
The Rev. R. L. Gwrnnc's Colonisation Committee have considered the iruitees' decision to grant £!SOO per annum for the training of IGO to 100 lads. They suggest that only 50 to ICO country lads should be sent out in the first year, and that the age limit should bo lowered to 16 or 17. They also propose that the trustees should advance £500 towards the passage money, to be afterwards collected from tho lads.
