An Albanian nobleman serving in the Turkish army,'who joined the rebels, was capt ired, and condemned to dpi, th •for desertion. Mirza Bey, the Turkish commandant, refused to excuse the nobleman's son, who was a member of tho Uskub garrison, from joining in the (i> Aig party, an-1 the sou accordingly fired'in the air. Mirza Bey had him arrested, and the young man committed siucidß by hanging himself in his cell. The Albanians are indignant, and Mirza Bey has been removed to another g'.rrison.
