The hndcrwriters receive 23 per cent, of the Japanese Conversion Loan, of eleven millions at 4 per cent, minimum 95, issued at London. NEW ZEALAND APPLES IN , LONDON. The Paparoa's consignment of New Zealand apples arrived in a somewhat Tvasty and overripe state. The bulk sold at Gs to 8s 9d. Some Cleopatras realised 9s 6d, Munroeg 9s 9d, and Stunners 10s. londonHlrkets. Hemp is dull, prices being unchanged. The rabbit market is lifeless, prices for best quality being 12s 6d to 13s ex store. LAND SALES. SUBDIVISION OF A PAPANUI ESTATE. The New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Association, Limited, in conjunction with Messrs H. Matson nivl Co., on account of Mr E. H. Daniels, report a very successful clearing sale of the estate, subdivided into seven allotments, situated at Papanui aivl having frontages on Preston's and Guiney's roads. Lot I, 6 acres, to Mr F. Cozannette, at £72 per acre, hoy 2, to Mr D. Naismith, £65 per acre. Lot 3, Mr T. McFadden, at £65 Der acre. Lot <l, to Messrs Hall Bros . 13 ncres 3 roods and 20 perches, £83 per acre.
