The New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Association, Limited, in conjunction with Messrs H. Matson nivl Co., on account of Mr E. H. Daniels, report a very successful clearing sale of the estate, subdivided into seven allotments, situated at Papanui aivl having frontages on Preston's and Guiney's roads. Lot I, 6 acres, to Mr F.
