PATHE PICTURES.
The Alexandra Hall was' filled to overflowing on Saturday afternoon and evening, when a new programme .of Patho Pictures wae presented. ■ The dramatic section was very strongly represented, and some very fine subjects ■ were shown, the series including "Cherries," "Cagliostro," and "The Heavenly Messenger.'. In the scenic section, eomo excellent viowe were shown of the valleys of Friego, .4rid scenes across Norway, while the comic pictures word unusually These included "The Child "Who Wouldn't firow Up," "A Love Match," "Comio Parallol liar," "Up the Pole!" a ekit on the North Pole controversy, "Ideal Army Life^ , and "Brother Musicians." Other good films" were tlioso showing the operations of glassblowing and sword swallowing. Tonight tho same . programme will be presented.
