SUPREME COURT.
CIVIL SITTINGS
The Civil Sittings of the Supremo Court were continued on Saturday, before Mr Justice Sim. In the case of Thomas A. Burns (Mr Wilding) v. George .Sage, claim £50 for rent of a property in Harewood road, no defence was filed. . Evidence was given that the defendant had agreed to purchaso the property, and although he had been in occupation since January, liX% he had failed to complete. Judgment was given for the amount claimed. A. E. Craddock (Mr Hunt) claimed from W. Hull possession of certain pioperty and tM3. No defence was tiled, and judgment was given for the plaintiff, and an order made for possession. In the case of E. A. Bradley (Mr Vincent) v. George Michaels, claim £815 10s. based on the failure of the defendant to carry out a contract to purchase a certain property, no defence was filed, and an order was made for .specific performance.
