INTENTIONS.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 19th, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, May 19. Sir R..S. Baden-Powell states that he intends to decentralise the Boy Scouts organisation as much as possible. Half a dozen counties remain still to bo thoroughly organised. - Ho goes to Canada in July, and later to South Africa.
Sir R. S. Baden-Powell intends to establish employment exchanges in London and other centres in connection with the movement.
