A REMARKABLE INCIDENT.

(Received May 20th. 12.35 a.m.) LONDON, May 19. Strange scenes were witnessed outside of Westminster Hall just before ten o'clock last night. Perceiving the certainty of disappointment, the queue suddenly broke ranks, and a hysterical crowd surged into tho Palace yard.
