LYTTELTON.

(Before Messrs C. Forrier and G. A. Lewin, J.P.'s.) Frank Gallagher was charged with having, on the 11th inst., been drunk while in charge of a horse and cart, and also with having driven furiously through the streets. He was fined £1 and costs on each charge. Similar charges were preferred against him with respect to the 16th inst., and ho was convicted on both charges and discharged.
