The Magistrate dismissed the action for damages brought by Mrs Blanche Eardley, the novelist, and • another lady against Mr Frank Curzon for turning them out of tho Prince of Wales's Theatre because they were wearing hats measuring over a yard m width, and allowed defendant £5 costs. The Magistrate said ho considered Mr Curzon had acted properly in ejecting the ladies.
