The Dominion Government is advancing 6,000,000 dollars to the Montreal Harbour Commission to (provide additional port facilities. CHOLERA AT BATAVIA. (Received March 16th, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 16. There is an opidemic of cholera at Br-tavia, and the deaths number forty daily.
