(Before Messrs T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., and E. R. Good, J. P.) W. Joyce, for riding a bicycle after sunset without a light, was fined oe, and , costs 7s. J. Lovcday admitted entering a hotel during the currency of a prohibition order under the misapprehension that the order had expired. Sergeant Mackay referred to the difficulty the police had in oetecting offenders under tho Licensing Act. Accused was fined 10s, and costs 7s.
