Roosevelt beat Sir Prize by two lengths, with Compass beaten off in a round on the tan in Imin 56 3-sth sec. First Gun beat Advocate and Elysian once, round on the sand in Imin 59sec. All Eed pleased better than Diabolo around the course proper in 2min ssec. Kangikura and Aberbrnthock started for c round on the tan, but eased up a furlong and a, half from homo. Aberbrothock is very lame, and it is very doubtful if he will be able to etart at the Meeting. Swimming Belt made a Lack of St. Felix over four furlongs on the course proper in 35 3-sth ■, -sec.
