December 19th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 18. Mr Mulliner, in a letter to the newspapers, details his treatment by tho Admiralty. A series of interviews with Cabinet Ministers and members of the Defence Committee last February resulted in the Government accepting his conclusions regarding the danger of Germany's preparations, which were forwarded to the Admiralty on May 9th. Hβ declares the present naval situation is graver than ever.
