At the Canterbury By-Products Company's skin sale at Sockburn on Tuesday, die following prices were obtained:—Crossbred 5s 3d to 7s od, halfbred 5s 4d lo 8s lOd, three-quarterbred 4s 9d ; to 8s ?d, merino 6s 8d to 9s sd, hogget i 4s lid to 7s 6d, lambs Is to Is 2d, pelts - Is. > GERALDINE STOCK MARKET. ; There was a good attendance at the 1 Geraldine saleyards yesterday. About ' 2000 sheep wore yarded, most of them being cleared at late rates. There was a good entry of cattle, and these sold •' well. Tho "following were prices:— ► Ewes and lambs os to 14s lOd, fat ewes t 10s to 15s, fat wethers 14s to 18s Id, i ewe hoggets 14s, wether hoggets 12s 7d, I hoggets (mixed sexes) 12s to 13s 3d. • Cattle —Fat steere £5 5s and £6, hei- ■ fers £4, Devonshire bull 3gs, springers • £1 10s to £7 15s.
