The Nationalists hotly complained that distillers and small brewers in , r . lan a vonld be mined. \t T Healy reproached tho Governnt for not placiug a countervailing S!w on imported Gorman whisky. Jfr Afqnith relied that there were small brewers in England, and it uas impossible to discriminate between Eagland ond Ireland. The Nationalists voteu against the Government throughout. Tho Governments majority once fell to 35. In view of the many changes in the Finance Bill, Mr Lloyd-George has promised to submit a revised statement of the revenue which the Government fcops to collect under the Budget.
