Hearfield (Mr Moslcy) applied for an order against J. Teihoka, under a judgment summons for £3 14s Gd. The Magistrate, after hearing the debtor's statement, declined to make an order.
William R. Patrick was ordered to pay Andrew Lees (Mr Taylor), £41 19s 7d at the rate of -3s a week, or go to gaol for a month. Margaret Bonnett claimed £1 from Mrs Pattison for a second-hand pram. Judgment was given for plaintiff.
T. I£. O'Connor (Mr Dougall) claimed £12 19s 6d from Turner (Mr Leathern), being £2 19s fid rent and £10 damage <lone to property. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £7 19s Gd and costs.
Edmonds and Pnge (Mr Woston) claimed £1 7s Gd from Si. Simpson for supplying a set of Kauri steps. Judgment was given for plaintiff for 13s Gd, the amount paid into Court.
