IN CHAMBERS. His Honour Mr Justice Denmston sat in Chambers at the Supreme Court yesterday. Motions for probate of the wills of the followin_ deceased persons wero granted:—C. Green (Mr Beswick), M. li. Romerill (Mr McConnell', T. J. Riddle (Mr Bates), "\V. Davies (Mr Harper), A. A. S. Fairbrass (Mr Fraster). G. McCullagh (Mr Slater), S. Barnes (Mr Bates), H. McMullan (Mr Cassidy), T. E. Thomas (Mr Salter), J. Rosewarne (Mr Cowlishaw), M. H. Lee (Mr Flesher), F. J. Smith (Mr Russell), and Jeremiah Morphine (West Coast case). Letters of administration were granted in respect to the estates of the following deceased pvrsons :—D. Henderson (Mr Beswick), D. Crowe (Mr Wilding), A. Cockburn (Mr Graham), A. Smith (Mr Slater), J. N. Thomson (Mr Helmore). A motion to let lands, the property of a lunatic, was granted on tho application of Mr Johnston. An interim decreo in Duncan (Mr Beswick) v. Duncan (Mr Johnston) was approved by consent. Motions for commissions in respect to the estates of J. Murchison (Mr Johnston), W. Chrystall (Mr Harper), and D. G. Holmes (Mr Neave) were granted in terms of the applications.
