Eight thousand postmen have joiued tho Paris strikers. Thero aro 5,000,000 letters and 275,000 tele_rams undelivered. If the striko continues a famine in eggs, butter, and milk is threatened, owing to non-arrival of remittances of money. Signor Marconi is negotiating for a wireless service between London and Paris to deal with 10,000 words daily. Business is already in utter confusion.
