BROKEN HILL DISPUTE.

A meeting .of the Amalgamated Miners' Association endorsed the action of the combined unions over the Junction North mine settlement. A stubborn minority fought hard in favour of the adoption of extreme measures, but were out-voted. MELBOURNE, March 18. Mr Justice Higgins,' in settling the details of the Broken Hill arbitration award, save the claimant miners all costs and expenses involved in the enquiry.
