LYTTELTON.
Mr Laurenson, J.P., and Mr G. C. iSniith, J.P., presided at the Lvttelton Magistrate's Court yesterday morning. Joseph Cristo Fauini was charged with boarding the 10.50 p.m. train on March 6th while it was in motion, ar.d was fined 5s and costs.
