Andrew Fisher, Federal Premier, states, that he is unable to see that tho Conference has made any step in advance of any thine proposed before. It practically wants tho Braddon clause continued with a guarantee for a minimum amount. If the scheme is carried out, it will hobble tho Federal Parliament for all time.
