Pi'trosini defended" himself with his revolver, and received many wounds. Hi« did more than any man in the United States to bring Italian criminal to justice. (Received March 10th, 11.35 p.m.) NEW YORK. March 15. Petrosini'e murder has caused a sensation in New York, where there were 23 "Black Hand" outrages in 1908. including bomb-throwing, arson, and assassination. Apparently a group of blnekmailers are using tho sign of the ■' Black Hand," and have not a political origin or aim.
