CASUALTIES.
Mr Donald McLeod, a graduate of Canterbury College, was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday night siiffennq; from injuries caused by a gunshot. It appears that Mr McLeod and a friend wore cleaning the former's Run and were unaware that it. was loaded. The. weapon suddenly went off, and Mr McLood's r'sjht log was injured to such an extent that an operation had to l>e performed soon after his admission to the hospital.
