SEQUEL TO THE RECENT CONVENTION. United Press Association—By Klectric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 1. Mr E. Cream. M.P. for Cork, has issued a summons against Mr Joseph Devlin, M.P. for Kilkenny, charging him with disorderly behaviour at the National Convention of the United Irish League at Dublin. " This is the first prosecution under the Public Meetings Act passed by Parliament last session at the initiation of Lord Robert Cecil.
