Mr McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, replying to Sir Charles Dilko, said he regretted the killing of women during tho Prometheus's punitive expedition to Santo Island in the New Hebrides. It was duo to tlie fact that the clothes of the women did not distinguish thorn from the men.
