Mr C. Ferrier, J .P.. presided at tho Lyttelton Magistrate's Court yesterday. Charles Golan pleaded guilty to _ charge of having, on Saturday, bohaved in a disorderly manner while drunk, m ___ bar of the Albion Hot... There wa<_ a previous conviction against tw-ou-sed for -drunkenness in October last, and the presiding Justice fined him 20s and costs, in default 1_ days' impi-isoax-ment.
