In the Houso of Commons, during | tho discussion on tho Licensing Bill today, Mr Grayson created another scene by insisting on speaking on tho question of the unemployed, and refusing to obey the Speaker. Ho was then suspended, and left the Chamber amid a scene of great disorder. Mr A. Henderson, M.P., at a meeting of the Labour Party, entirely dissociated the party from Mr Grayson's conduct, adding that Mr Grayson was aware of the Labour Party's effort to secure from, the Government definite and immediate proposals for dealing with tho exceptional distress arising out of miemitloyment. Eventually ho shouted, "I leave the Houso with pleasure, and feel that in leaving I gain in dignity." Ho turned to go, bub retraced his step®, and said, "This House is a House of murderers.'''
