Gorman and British warships are searching tho North Sea for missing balloons. . BERLIN, October 17. The Piliauen, one of tho missing German balloons, was resound in the North Sea. The occupants wore in a pitiable condition. ■ It is feared that the Hergisell, tho other German balloon, has been lost.
