4 Mr H. M. Stewart will lecture on tV 'Failures and Fallacies of Prohibition" at High bank to-night. Anniversary services in connection with the Sydenham Methodist Sunday School will be conducted to-morrow. A mass meeting of Presbyterians to consider tho No-license question will be held in tho Choral Hall on Tuesday night The Rev. Alexander Don, ot Dunedin, Moderator of the Church in New Zealand, will preside. Several addresses will be given. The St. Paul's Presbyterian Church anniversary services will be conducted to-morrow by the Rev. Dr. Nisbet, of First Church, Dunedin. Tho last popular concert of the series arranged by the Organ Committee of the City Council will be given on the i 28th inst. I
