Tho Porte, in a circular to Turkish Ambassadors abroad regarding tho military activity of Bulgaria, reiterates Turkey's pacific intentions, and adds that should Bulgaria persist in her present attitude, Turkey will Iks reluctantly compelled to tako precautionary measures, anel will decline responsibility in tho event- of a conflict- occurring.
