GENERAL D'AMADE'S VERSION.

PARIS, September 20
General d'Amade telegraphs that the German Consul at Casablanca gave his secretary a written order to help the embarkation of 6ix men. General d'Amade possesses the original older. The six were deserters from the Foreign Legion. One was a Swiss,- another an Austrian, a third a Polo: General d'Amade adds that so far from the French sailors having, as some statements allege, in tho first instance roughly handled the representative of tho Consulate, they were themselves first struck by the Consulate's native employees, and subsequently by tho secretary himself. i
The "Temps" states that thirty deserters from ono company at Casablanca previously obtained civilian clothing at the house of a German subject. They went along the coast to Rabat, tho German Consul helping them to embark.
LONDON, September 29. "The Times" is confident' that responsible opinion in France and Germany will be able, upon ccol reflection, to regard the Casablanca incident with equanimity, especially in view of the general entente in 3loroccan affairs.
