AFTERNOON SITTING. Tho Council met at 2.30 p.m. PUBLIC BODIES LEASES. Tho Public Bodies Leases -Bill passed through committee without ainemdnient. The Council rose at 5.30 p.m. EVENING SITTING. The Council resumed at 8 p.m. BILLS. Tlio Quackery Prevention Bill was put thiough Committee without amendment, and was read a third time, and passed. The Imprest Supply Bill was put through all its fitage-s. The Council rose at 9.30 p.m.
