NOTES AND MEMORANDA .
A concert in aid of the general fund of the Lower Ricoarton Anglican Mission will be held in the mission room to-night. The programme is a very entertaining one, and includes a number of items by members of the Christchurch Liodertafel. A bazaar will be held in the Sprina.toii Town Hall on July 9th and 10th. A general meeting of members of the Canterbury Coursing Club will be held at Tattersall's Hotel at 7.30 to-night. An organ recital will be given in the East Belt Church to-night by Mr Percy .S. Brown. Several solos and anthems will al«o be sung. A social gathering of the parishioners of St. Barnabas. Fendalton, will bo held in the schoolroom to-morroM- evening at, 8 o'clock.
