SYDNEY, May 6. Both the "Sydney Morning Herald" and tie "Daily Telegraph" regard Sir William Lyme's echeme as rmpossiwie, and state that as far as New South Wales is concerned, cfc is likely to retard the State's progress and the developmenvt of its resources.
