CALCUTTA, May 5.
Of thirty suspects who havo been arrested in Calcutta, several have confessed to participation in tho attempt to wreck the train on which Sir A. H. Fraser was travelling on December 7th, and to tne bomb outrages at Chandernagor. They have also admitted that attempts on the lives ot tho Viceroy, of Lord Kitchener, and of other firm and energetio officials, were under consideration. The "Standard" says that some prominent Bengalis are implicated in the outrages and plots. (Received May Gfah, 11.10 p.m.) CALCUTTA, May 6. The prisoners include Arabinda Ghose, the native editor. One of the prisoners admitted that but for the police raid, a series of outrages planned against the Government would have been executed.
