WELLINGTON, April 30.Considerable amusement was caused in the Appeal Court to-day during tho I hearing of the case-Scott v the King, by Mr Justice Edwards asking "who is llrG. 8. Munro?" When the laughter had subsided, his Honour said: "\ do riot know." "1 do not wonder," added Mr Skerrett, K.C. "It is difficult to know jvhat he is. At one timo he was chair"man of the Exhibition Commissioners." Mr' Justice Denniston added: "'I do nofc know what h© was; I know what he acted as." (Renewed laughter.) Mr Harper observed: "It was stated by my friend, Mr Skerrett, that he -was king of the Exhibition " •'The Czar of all tho Russias he was called," said Mr Justice Dennistom. •'Originally he was a West Coaster, , ' concluded Mr Justice Chapman.
