OPPOSITION OF LIBERAL MEMBERS.
(Received! April 30,-10.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 30. The debate on the Licensing Bill was again adjourned.
Mr Walter Long, in a speech on. the measure, argued that the time limit was absolutely incompatible with tihe concurrent levy for insurance. He reminded the Houee that the Socialists were already talking about the expropriation of other kinds of property after a time limit of fourteen years.
Several Liberals spoke against the Bill.
