Mr Bea-n- moved, and .Mr SHater seconded the adoption of the ireport, aad this was carried. It was decided to send copies of. the report to the Medical Society, with a lequest thai the Society endeavour to -assist tihe Association. The. old committee wsas re-elected, with the_ substitution of *he Bey. J. Mackenzie for the seat on *he commiittee formerly occupied by Nurse Maude. On the motion of Mr STateT and the chairman, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to the secretary and staff of nurees for t&e mamn«r in, wftich tW bad discharged their duties during the past year.
