United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.. LONDON, Aar\\ 26. In the Association Cup final, Wolverhampton Wanderers (three goals), defeated Newcastle United (one goal). Seventy thousand spectators witnessed the game.
(Last season the Cup was won by fahefiield Wednesday, who defeated Eyerton by two goals to cue. Both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United have previously figured in the final encounter, the fcrmer having won the Cup in 1893, and been runners up in IS9G, while Newcastle United were beaten in the ft.:a! eames of 1905 and 1906.] .
