Tha last Is a very rare element. The Java is almost idontical in physical character and chemical composition with the kenyte of Mount Kenya, in Central Africa. The granite specimen was taken from an erratic boulder, but Professor David does not say where ho found it. It is a grey granite and superficially closeiy resembles Aberdeen granite.
