(FBXBS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, April 25. A ballot for twelve sections on tbe Meadow-bank Estate took place at Palinenston South to-day. There were seventy-eight applicants examined, of whom twelv.s were rejected, leaving sixty-six who_ put in eighty-three aip-pl_ca.-_.wis.
