Some uneasiness is felt by the maritimo Unions at tlio way the agreement with regard to tho recent wharf strike is working. Tho difficulty has reference to the re-appointment of Union engineers, officers and seamen. The men maintain that the spirit of the agreement is not being carried out by the coastal coraipanies.
