DISTRIBUTION OP PRIZES. •

The -.wimming -and attendance prises of the Ewrt Christchurch School were distributed on Thursday afternoon by the Chairman of th© Committee, Mr J. Jamieson. After referring to the excelten. work being done in training the boys and girle to swim, -be presented the Girls' Championship Medal (presented by Mr A. C. Andrews) to Elsie Dunnage. The Boys' Championship prize (presented by Mr G. W. Smithsot.) was won by Lindsay Notroann. After the _rresen.-_.tion of ffia prizes, the school closed for a fortnight's holiday.
