Owing to alarmist reports spread by the Uledolhedj tribe, a mob sacked tho Grand Bazaar at Fez, and attacked tho French Post i/ifice. STRIKE IS CHILI. IQUIQUE (Chili), December 23. Tho nitrate workers at Alianza, in tho Iquiquo district, struck, and severe rioting followed. Troops were summoned, and seven rioters were killed and sixteen wounded. MUTINEERS SENTENCED. ST. PETERSBURG, December 23. Four mutinoera of the Brest regiment, stationed at Sebastopol, were sentenced to death and nine to penal servitude.
