CUST.
At the last meeting of the Cust Road Board there wero present—Messrs Fairweather (chairman), Kennedy, and Thompson. A letter waa read from Ashley County Local Bodies' Association stating a meeting would lie held at the Mandeville and Rangiora Road Board office on the 27th inst., at 10.80 a.m., at which meeting tho ©lection of two members for tbo Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards would be held. The clerk waa instructed to attend the meeting on behalf of tho Board. It was agreed (the membera standing) to send a letter of condolence to, Mr G. Ruddenklau and family on the doath of the late Mrs A. Ruddenklan. Accounts for £14 ..13s were passed.
