Tuesday, Octobeb 15. AFTERNOON SITTING. The House met at 2.30 p.m. LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Leave of absence for four days was granted to Air Hall, member for WaiJJawa, on account of ill health. BILLS INTRODUCED. Mr MILLAR introduced th« following Bills, which were read a first time: Harbours Bill, Hea Fisheries Bill, Scaffolding Inspection Act Amendment Bill, Agricultural Bill, Implement Manufacture Importation and iSale Bill, and Workers Compensation Bill. Tho PREMIER introduced the Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Bill, which was read a first time.
The rest of the sitting, afternoon and evening, was devoted to further consideration of the Land Bill in Committee. ■ • •
