BILLS INTRODUCED. Mr MILLAR introduced th« following Bills, which were read a first time: Harbours Bill, Hea Fisheries Bill, Scaffolding Inspection Act Amendment Bill, Agricultural Bill, Implement Manufacture Importation and iSale Bill, and Workers Compensation Bill. Tho PREMIER introduced the Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Bill, which was read a first time.
