LONDON, October 15. Tho Duke of Rutland, replying to a
remonstrance from tho secretary of the Southport Fabian Society, relative to his Kirkdalo speech, in which ho described Socialism as the vilest of creeds, reiterated his absolute detestation of Socialism as the most poisonous doctrine eror put forward.
