The Ambulance Saturday Sub-Com-mittee met at the Association's T-ootne on, Monday evening. Ther* were preeent—Mr P*t«r Hercua (in the chair), Drs. H. (McClelland, Inglis, J. Reetell Thomas, Miss Stavciey, Mesere H. H. Ffltch, A. S. Lindsay and W. F. Hilrsen (secretary of the centre). It wee decided to canvass Lyttelton on Frihy, Xovember ou Saturday, and Kaiepol 3n iSaturday, November 16th. Twentyune sit« 6 for collecting stations in Christchurch were decided : upon. The secretary , reported that - numerous 'offers of assistance fronrt ladies desiring to help weto coming in. daily. Tie niembere of the St. John Ambuhnce Briarjde hed nlso notified . that they ■would assist tho movement in a- practica! manner. ■ '
