Frederick Turner, claim £5 19s; same r H. tomith (Kaikoura), claim £8 8s od; Bishop and Co. (Mr Cunningham) v. W. H. Davis, claim £6 las 6d; E. Recce and eon (Mr Williams) v. J. Chapman, claim £13 9s Id; J. Comes and Co. (Mr Cunningham) v. F. Mills, claim £1 13s 6d; J. Holland (Mr Fraser) r. M. Haves, claim £o. , In the ense of E. McDonald (Mr Rowe) v J. P. Kissell, claim £l 10s, an order was made for payment of the amount forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment. In the case of E. C Brown (Mr Rowe) v C. Bryenton, an order was made for the payment of tho amount in weekly instalments of 15s, in default fourteen days' imprisonment.
